Welcome to Dreams Flora Resort & Spa

Punta Cana, Dominica Republic

Your Presence Is a Gift, Not an Expectation

We understand the burden this places on our guests. Taking time off work, along with the cost of flights and hotels, can add up quickly. We know this isn’t ideal for many of you and completely understand any frustration or stress this may cause. We also recognize that it’s unrealistic to expect everyone to attend.

We are deeply grateful to those who are able to join us, but just as importantly, we fully understand if you cannot make it. For anyone unable to attend, we will be hosting a Celebration of Marriage in Detroit, Michigan in early fall 2027, and we would love to celebrate with you then.

Booking Information

  • Our wedding will be held at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa in Punta Cana, and this is the resort we recommend for our guests. Staying at the wedding resort will make it much easier to join events, meet up with everyone, and relax without worrying about extra transportation.

  • Dreams Flora Resort & Spa is an all-inclusive, family-friendly resort located in the Cabeza de Toro area of Punta Cana. It sits right on the beach and offers multiple pools, restaurants, bars, and activities. Your stay includes your room, most food and drinks, and many on-site amenities, so you can simply arrive, check in, and enjoy your time without having to plan every detail.

  • We kindly ask guests who are able to stay at Dreams Flora Resort & Spa to book their stay there, as this will be the main hub for the wedding.

You can book directly through the resort, your preferred travel agent, or a package provider. When you book, please make sure your reservation covers at least the night of Saturday, February 27, 2027, and any additional nights you’d like to stay before or after the wedding.

If we share a specific booking link, group code, or room block information, it will be added here once it is finalized.

  • At a minimum, we recommend arriving no later than the day before the wedding, so you have time to get settled before the big day.

If you would like to make a longer trip out of it, many guests are planning to stay for a few days on either side of the wedding date to enjoy the resort and the beach. You are welcome to choose whatever dates work best for your schedule and budget.

  • Dreams Flora offers several different room types and price points, including garden-view and ocean-view rooms, and rooms with swim-up or pool access. You can choose whichever room type works best for you.

If you are unsure which option to pick or how many nights to book, we are happy to talk it through with you.

  • We understand that an all-inclusive resort is not the right fit for everyone. If you prefer to stay at a different property in the Punta Cana area for budget, personal preference, or other reasons, you are absolutely welcome to do so.

    Please keep in mind:

    • Wedding events and group meet-ups will be centered around Dreams Flora Resort & Spa.

    • If you stay off-site, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the resort and any other meeting points.

    • Some resorts may have day-pass or visitor policies if you are not a guest there; please check those details when you book.

If you are considering another hotel nearby and want to confirm whether it will be convenient, feel free to reach out and ask.

  • Because Dreams Flora is an all-inclusive resort, your rate will generally cover:

    • Your room

    • Most food and drinks on the property

    • Many on-site activities and entertainment

Some services, such as spa treatments, certain excursions, and premium upgrades, may come with an additional cost. Exact details can vary based on your booking, so please review what is included in your package when you reserve your stay.

Book Your Room

  • A clean, modern hotel room with two beds, a large window leading to a patio with chairs and greenery, a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, a desk with a chair, and a ceiling fan.

    Deluxe Room – Garden View

This is a great “standard” option if you want to stay at the wedding resort without going overboard. Deluxe Garden View rooms typically come with either one king bed or two double beds, a sitting area, and a furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the gardens. It’s a comfortable, simple choice that still gives you full access to all of the all-inclusive amenities at Dreams Flora.

  • Modern hotel room with a bed, a gray sofa with green and beige pillows, a small round coffee table with a tray holding a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice, a dining table with chairs, and decorative elements like wall art, pendant lights, and a ceiling fan.

    Junior Suite – Tropical View

If you want a little more space, look for a Junior Suite with a tropical (garden) view. These rooms are larger than the standard deluxe rooms, often with a separate sitting area and a bigger balcony or terrace. They are a nice middle-ground if you plan to spend more time in your room, are staying several nights, or just like having extra space to spread out.

  • Two double beds in a hotel room with white bedding, green accent pillows, and a teal wallpapered accent wall. A coffee maker is on the right, and a sliding glass door with curtains opens to a garden view.

Preferred Club Junior Suite – Pool or Tropical View

For an upgraded experience, look for “Preferred Club” room types, such as a Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View or Pool View. These rooms usually come with additional amenities and access to Preferred Club perks, which can include a private lounge, dedicated check-in, and sometimes exclusive areas or services at the resort. This is a good option if you like a slightly more private, upgraded feel while still staying close to the rest of the group.

  • Room with two beds, green pillows, floral wall art, balcony with outdoor seating, tropical scenery, and TV.

    Swim-Out or Family-Style Suites

Some Junior Suites at Dreams Flora are available as swim-out or family-style layouts. A swim-out room gives you direct access from your terrace to a pool, which can be a fun splurge if you love the water and plan to spend a lot of time at the resort. Family-style Junior Suites offer extra space and bedding for groups or families who want to stay together in one room. If you’re traveling with kids or a small group, this can be a convenient option.
